What skills and experience we're looking for

• Enthusiastic and passionate about their subjects, with the ability to instil a love for it in students of all abilities
• Willing and able to teach History and/or Geography to at least Key Stage 3
• Committed to high-quality planning and creative teaching and learning
• Consistent in using ongoing assessment and feedback to support student progress
• Collaborative team players who are eager to share best practice and contribute to departmental improvement
