Applicant Requirements.
- Technically, a strong understanding of frames and lenses
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Good understanding of KPI's
- Proven track record of sales.
- Must have a skill for building excellent rapport with customers
- Passionate about the eyewear industry.
- Confident in discussing contact lens options (training can be provided)
- Interest in Myopia Management
