Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to EYFS profiles
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
- Promote positive relationships with families and the wider school community
- Maintain a well-organised and inspiring classroom environment that supports early development and exploration
- Support the school’s wider vision and values through participation in school events and activities

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS
- Experience teaching in Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
