Nursery Manager – London SE23
Salary: £38,000 – £48,500 per annum + benefits

Care First Recruitment is looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager for a reputable nursery in the SE23 area. We’re seeking a reliable, confident leader with a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years, capable of ensuring the nursery operates smoothly while delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain high-quality standards across the nursery
Ensure children receive rich, stimulating, age-appropriate experiences
Manage all administrative duties, including records, inventories and staffing files
Support regulatory inspections and implement recommendations
Ensure compliance with staff training and first aid qualifications
Set and deliver occupancy and performance targets
Recruit, induct, support and appraise staff to maintain excellent practice
Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
