Growth Marketing Executive
Stream was founded with the mission to provide fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Offered through destination employers like Greene King, Bupa, Burger King, Asda and the NHS, our award-winning platform helps over three million people to earn, learn, save, spend and borrow on their own terms, all in one smartphone app.
Stream is unique: VC backed and growing at scale, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter, which means every product and service we create must measurably improve financial wellbeing.
You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.
The Opportunity:
Our workplace loans product is the highest-growth part of the Stream business. Since launch in early 2024 we have saved our members >£15m in lower interest fees, while providing a unique personal loan product with a market-leading NPS of >80.
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, analytics, and credit.
You’ll own and evolve organic growth campaigns delivered through the Stream app, using data, experimentation, and thoughtful customer segmentation to drive applications balanced against the overall customer experience of the Stream app and needs of other products.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You’ll have clear metrics and goals, and your work will have clear, tangible and immediate member value. You’ll work closely with senior product, growth and credit leaders and be mentored by one of the strongest performers in the team.
What will you be doing?
Build, run, and optimise in-app and email growth campaigns that drive credit applications
Design and manage customer segmentation to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time

Analytical / quantitative background eg STEM degree
Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through multi-variant testing, audience segmentation and creative iteration.
