Teaching Assistant
Supply SEN Teachers Assistant - Multiple Schools (West London, ASAP Start)
NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting flexible and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Classroom Support Staff to work across a variety of primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools in West London. This supply role offers the opportunity to gain experience in diverse educational settings while supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
You will be placed in schools that cater to pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. Roles may involve 1:1 support, small group interventions, or classroom-based assistance, depending on the school's requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND across different age groups and settings
- Assisting with communication, emotional regulation, and access to learning
- Adapting to varied school environments and working collaboratively with staff
- Promoting inclusive practice and positive behaviour
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about SEN and looking for flexible work with the potential for longer-term placements.
