** This is a 12 month contract, based in London – Hybrid working – 3 days on site £350 – £400 per day PAYE**
**What You’ll Do**
As a vital member of our client’s talent acquisition team, you will be at the forefront of attracting, identifying, and securing highly specialized engineering and technical talent. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our most ambitious projects and ensure we continue to build world-class teams.
* Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand their talent needs and define precise role requirements for highly specialized positions.
* Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies to source and engage top engineering, AI/ML, and technical professionals.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments, providing valuable insights to hiring managers.
* Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
* Interpret and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies and project outcomes.
* Champion an outstanding candidate experience, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best.
**What You’ll Bring**
* Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong focus on engineering, AI/ML, and technical talent.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
* A deep understanding of technical roles and the broader technology landscape.
**What Will Set You Apart**
* Strong in-house recruiting experience or agency experience within the technology and digital sectors.
* Experience recruiting across diverse international markets.
