After-school Nanny, Job ID J1DE0D
This lovely family in Kensington, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny to care for their two school-aged children. The role involves all general nanny duties, including collecting the children from school (a 15-minute walk from home) and engaging them in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Friday 3:15 pm to 6:15 pm
Duties include:
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal care routines
- Providing homework support and encouraging learning
- Engaging the children in after-school activities
- Organising recreational activities to support physical and mental development
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy environment for the children
- Encouraging creativity through arts and crafts
- Taking the children to parks, playgrounds, and outdoor activities
- Supporting bedtime routines, including reading stories and settling the children to sleep
