A prestigious independent senior school in Hammersmith is seeking an outstanding Chemistry Teacher with a commitment to academic excellence and pastoral care from January 2026.
- Chemistry Teacher required from January 2026

- Seeking an exceptional teacher to inspire A-Level and Pre-U Chemistry students.
You will teach Chemistry across the Senior School, primarily focusing on advanced synthesis, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry at the Sixth Form level. The role includes significant involvement in university application support (UCAS, personal statements, interview practice).
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS is preferred but not essential; experience in the independent sector is highly valued.
- A strong academic background, ideally a Masters or PhD in Chemistry.
- Proven ability to prepare students for competitive UK and US university admissions.
- Willingness to contribute fully to the extra-curricular life of the school (e.g., tutoring, clubs).
