Midweight Designer

As a Midweight Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand designs across digital, packaging, retail, and social platforms. Reporting to the VP of Global Creative and working closely with the Associate Senior Designer, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product development, and PR teams to bring campaigns and product launches to life. Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital assets including social media content, paid media, email campaigns, and web banners.
- Support packaging projects from initial concept through to final artwork, ensuring brand consistency and strong retail impact.
- Develop creative for retail environments such as POS, in-store displays, and window takeovers.
- Produce mockups and visuals for internal presentations, product launches, and campaign pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PD, Marketing, Social, PR) to ensure alignment across all creative outputs.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and agencies to deliver high-quality materials.
- Ensure all assets are produced to specification and deadlines, maintaining brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Experience Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects desirable).
- Strong understanding of social-first design and emerging TikTok/Instagram trends.
- Excellent typography, layout, and colour skills with a modern, refined aesthetic.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Passionate about beauty, nails, and design, with a trend-aware and collaborative mindset
