Recruitment Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Upload and take down job adverts (Workable and LinkedIn)
• Manage queries in the recruitment inbox and delegate tasks
• Work with managers to plan and organise new starter induction plans
• Book interviews into managers' diaries
• Send interview confirmations to candidates
• Prepare and coordinate assessment centre interviews
• Train new managers on systems
• Supporting the recruitment team with ever-changing day to day responsibilities

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Maintain confidentiality within HR
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using ATS – Workable/LinkedIn experience is advantageous
