Pay: M2 – UPS1
*
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
*
School: 2-form entry, highly supportive, Outstanding provision
*
Phase Responsibility: Leadership of the Early Years curriculum and team across Nursery & Reception
*
Teaching Commitment: Split teaching across Nursery and Reception
Responsibilities:
*
Leading the Early Years phase, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development.
*
Working closely with senior leadership to implement whole-school priorities within the EYFS.
*
Supporting and developing EY staff to maintain outstanding standards of care, learning and assessment.
*
Driving an inspiring, child-centred EY curriculum that promotes early development, independence and curiosity.
