HR Business Partner
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join a not-for-profit organisation in London.

Description
An HR Business Partner to:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and teams within the organisation.
- Lead on HR initiatives and projects, such as change management, engagement, well-being
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives across
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement and development.
- Analyse HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in human resources within a charity or similar setting.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues effectively.
- Experience with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Proficiency in analysing HR metrics to support organisational decision-making.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Job Offer
