Role: Business All-Rounder (Finance/HR Experience Preferred)

Consult London, the newest venture within the Consult Construct Group , is on the lookout for a versatile and experienced all-rounder to help shape the future of our business from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside two seasoned Directors in chartered surveying, supporting them in launching and growing a new arm of the group. If you’re someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys variety, and has the intuition and business acumen to work autonomously, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Directors in all aspects of business development and operations
- Managing day-to-day tasks – from ordering office supplies to preparing business tenders
- Organising meetings, coordinating diaries, and ensuring smooth internal communication
- Collaborating with the Group’s Finance and HR teams to establish best practices and maintain consistency across the business
- Playing a key role in building the operational foundation of Consult London
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident, capable individual with broad experience in business support, operations, or administration
- Background in Finance and/or HR is highly desirable
- Candidates should also have a good command of finance/accounting and be skilled in using Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A proactive mindset with excellent business intuition
- Someone who’s excited by the challenge of helping to build a business from scratch

Flexibility & Fit:
We’d ideally like this to be a full-time role , but for the right person with the right aptitude and experience , we’re open to considering part-time hours . Getting the right person is our highest priority, as this role will play a key part in our business success .
This is a Central London-based role , (which may include occasional visits to our offices in Faversham, Kent). Candidates must be able to commute to the office at least three days per week . While there is flexibility to work from home, this is fundamentally an office-based position , especially during the early stages of the business.
