As a Proposal Writer in the Global Payments Proposal & Solutions Group, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities across Treasury Services, Trade & Working Capital, and Merchant Services. You will manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring high-quality, customized responses that showcase our solutions. Working closely with sales managers and subject matter experts, you will help deliver compelling proposals that drive business growth. Job responsibilities Manage and control the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements. Collaborate with sales managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create and deliver customized sales proposals. Develop a deep understanding of proposed solutions to tailor responses for each project. Populate proposal drafts using the global repository, ensuring responsiveness to client requirements and questions. Prepare and maintain the proposal project matrix, outlining deliverables and milestones, and coordinate timely input from relevant experts. Conduct regular review meetings to track action items and target dates for the deal team. Ensure submitted proposals are high quality, accurately reflect J.P. Morgan solutions, and adhere to brand and style guidelines. Coordinate with subject matter experts and the knowledge manager to update the global repository as responses evolve. Participate in and lead internal initiatives to promote best practices and process improvement. Attend meetings and training to enhance your knowledge of cash management, trade, and merchant services products.
