A global investment management firm seeks a Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract to support the delivery of a multi–year EU AML Programme.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross–functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
- Analyse and implement new EU AML regulations, ensuring compliance across business processes.
- Gather, document, and translate high–level requirements into actionable solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and define future state models.
- Liaise with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support subject matter experts in detailed analysis for informed decision–making.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within asset management
- Expertise in requirement gathering, validation, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes (CDD, EDD, KYC) and regulatory frameworks like AML.
- Experience with Salesforce client data management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging business and technical teams effectively.
