SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs (White City)
Location: White City, West London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £95–£110 per day
A welcoming primary school in White City is looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs , including ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties.
Key Duties:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with EHCPs
Support emotional regulation and behaviour
Assist with personal care where required
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
Essential Qualities:
Experience supporting children with complex needs
Calm, resilient and nurturing approach
Strong behaviour management skills
