We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy and Operations Lead to help drive strategic planning and operational excellence across Dojo’s B2B marketing functions. The role will report to the Growth Marketing Director but work very closely with the Product Marketing Director, the Brand & Communications Director and the broader marketing teams. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to develop integrated plans and targets, drive the operating cadence to help achieve these plans, deliver strategic programs and optimise marketing processes to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes. This is a full-time role based in our London office. The ideal candidate would have strong organisational and project management skills, combined with proactivity and emotional intelligence, who can identify and prioritise opportunities that will deliver the most impact on marketing performance. It’s a dynamic and hands-on role, where you’ll get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams and disciplines to deliver major campaigns and transformation initiatives. What you will do:- Support marketing leadership in defining and executing the marketing strategy to achieve business growth and revenue objectives, with a focus on pipeline generation and brand leadership
- Partner with marketing leads, Finance and Data teams on defining targets and OKRs, budget planning and performance measurement
- Lead the operational cadence to review progress against marketing OKRs and key initiatives, identify dependencies and help remove blockers
- Drive the agenda for marketing leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
- Utilise data and analytics from experiments to inform the marketing strategy and team priorities that support revenue growth
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across digital, content, events, and field marketing
- Drive operational excellence and maximize the efficiency of our marketing activities through process improvements and adoption of best-in-class marketing technologies
- Support the wider team to implement external tools, systems or agencies to support marketing delivery, without compromising on quality or consistency
- Compile performance measures across teams, campaigns and initiatives into department reports that demonstrate Marketing’s wider impact on company goals and priorities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and senior leaders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals and objectives
- Act as the marketing representative within the delivery chapter and across the wider business, including partnering with colleagues in compliance to ensure marketing processes are robust
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in high growth payments, SaaS or B2B technology companies
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related field
- Proven track record of leading marketing strategy and operations initiatives across multi-disciplinary marketing teams
- Experience using best-practice project management frameworks and technologies with proven ability to create and optimise internal processes
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing disciplines and integrated marketing communication strategies
- Proficiency / understanding of marketing technologies and best-in-class tools that optimise marketing performance
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in campaign execution, project management, and marketing performance measurement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to influence teammates without direct (line management) authority, and counsel senior leaders on change and culture initiatives
- Experience in an agile and fast-paced environment with an ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining details-focused
