SEN Teaching Assistant
SEN Teaching Assistant – SEMH Focus – Hillingdon Area
Full time. Long term temporary role. Primary school. Immediate start.
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Hillingdon area is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will be working closely with children across Key Stage 2 who benefit from strong, consistent adult relationships. This role requires someone confident, calm and experienced in supporting children with additional needs in a school setting.
Key Requirements
Proven experience working with SEND pupils, especially SEMH
Strong communication skills. Clear, firm and supportive
Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
Full time availability for a long term placement
A proactive and caring approach to behaviour and inclusion
