We’re representing a growing specialist lender that’s expanding its footprint in the bridging and property finance market. They’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team and drive origination across brokers, introducers, and key intermediary relationships.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with mortgage brokers, intermediaries, and property professionals. You’ll help structure deals, provide expert advice, and ensure an exceptional experience from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and key partners.

* Originating new bridging and short-term lending opportunities.

* Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.

* Working closely with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal progression.

* Delivering presentations and attending industry events to raise brand awareness.

* Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
