Senior Showroom Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Showroom Manager to lead the daily activity of our showroom, providing a visible presence and ensuring every customer interaction exceeds expectations. In this pivotal role, you will also support the Head of Sales in managing the sales environment, the team, and the processes that drive both profit and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Showroom Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all enquiries are handled to the highest standards on our systems by close of business every day.
- Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve volume and margin targets.
- Delivering class-leading vehicle displays and maintaining immaculate forecourt areas.
- Managing the sales process while maintaining a hands-on role with customers.
- Achieving F&I commission and penetration objectives.
- Ensuring all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly, in line with legal requirements (e.g., the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice).
