Working closely with teaching staff and subject leaders, you will support practical science activities by preparing equipment, maintaining resources and ensuring lessons run safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing equipment and materials for practical science lessons.

• Organising and maintaining science resources.

• Checking and maintaining equipment.

• Supporting teachers with practical investigations.

• Monitoring stock levels and ordering resources.

• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

• Maintaining storage areas and equipment inventories.

• Preparing materials for science clubs and enrichment activities.

• Supporting STEM events across the school.

• Maintaining accurate resource records.

• Assisting with classroom displays and practical learning environments.

• Helping promote enthusiasm for science throughout the school.
