Geography Teacher – Lead Practical Fieldwork and Drive Academic Rigour in West London – Ealing
A large, community-oriented secondary school in Ealing is recruiting a Geography Teacher with a focus on fieldwork and academic rigour for an immediate start in January 2026.
- Geography Specialist required from January 2026
- Ealing-based school prioritizing practical fieldwork and academic outcomes
- Ideal for a teacher with strong experience delivering and assessing GCSE/A-Level content through analytical means.
You'll teach Geography across KS3–KS5 (GCSE/A-Level), emphasizing rigorous data analysis, GIS skills, and leading the design and execution of local and residential fieldwork . The role involves preparing students for the practical NEA component of the GCSE.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS and a degree in Geography or a relevant environmental field
- Proven experience teaching and assessing A-Level Geography is highly desirable
- Confidence in safely organizing and leading fieldwork expeditions
- Ability to create engaging , analytical learning experiences
