Leadership Team Assistant
Location: London (3 days a week in office)
The Mission: Why We Exist
Genomics is a science-led transatlantic TechBio combining large-scale genetic and health data with proprietary analytics to accelerate drug discovery and advance predictive, preventative healthcare. We are united by a single vision to help people live longer, healthier lives, using the power of genomics.
Genomics aims to help people live longer, healthier lives in two ways: super-charging drug discovery and development for novel treatments with our AI-enabled advanced genetic analytics platform, and by helping people understand their personal risk of common chronic diseases through polygenic risk scores - giving doctors and health systems the chance to get the right people into the right prevention, screening and treatment programmes at the right time.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly organised Leadership Team Executive Assistant to be the calm, coordinated centre of our senior leaders' working lives. Partnering closely with our Senior EA and the wider Admin Team, you will keep complex diaries, meetings, events and travel running seamlessly — the kind of behind-the-scenes excellence that frees a leadership team to focus on building the future of healthcare.
A Day in the Life
You will juggle competing diaries across multiple leadership team members, schedule everything from client sessions to strategic working groups and away days, and coordinate offsites and high-level partner meetings down to the last detail of venue, catering and materials. You will book complex national and international travel - visas included - keep expenses accurate and on time, and handle sensitive information with complete discretion. It is fast-paced, varied and genuinely central to how the business runs.
Who you are
Experienced supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, anticipating needs before they arise
A natural organiser who can prioritise multiple schedules and workstreams with precision, flexibility and a high degree of attention to detail
A skilled, professional communicator - confident with internal teams and external partners alike, in writing and in person
Trusted with sensitive and confidential information across executive discussions, people-related topics and strategic projects
Proficient across Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Zoom and Outlook
Your Package
We are committed to providing a transparent, supportive, and rewarding work environment.
