Receptionist / Administrator - Primary School, London
Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in London . This is a full-time position starting in April 2026 , supporting the smooth running of the school office.
Reception/Admin role on a full-time basis

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing high-quality administrative support to staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing reception and greeting visitors
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and records
• Data entry and general office administration
• Supporting safeguarding and visitor procedures
• Providing administrative support to senior staff
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous reception or administrative experience desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident IT skills (school systems advantageous)
• Calm, professional, and approachable manner
• Legal right to work in the UK
