Need help installing a gas hob and slate splashback in kitchen
I'm looking for a skilled handyman to install a new gas hob and fit a slate splashback in my kitchen. The current setup is a standard UK bungalow kitchen with a 60cm gas hob. I will supply the hob, any mounting kit, and the splashback panels. I’d prefer someone who has experience with gas appliances and can ensure compliance with safety standards. Please include a quick assessment of best placement, any cabinet adjustments needed, and a safe, tidy finish. I’m flexible on the date but would like to complete the job within the next week. If possible, provide a rough estimate of the total time and any additional tools you might need.
