The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with SEN
Assist in implementing EHCP targets and behaviour strategies
Support emotional regulation and social development
Encourage independence and engagement in learning
Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff
Monitor and record pupil progress effectively
