Salary: £65,000 - £75,000+ (DOE)

Are you an experienced practice accountant who loves leading teams and delivering outstanding client service? Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing boutique accountancy firm in Finchley, North London, is looking for a General Practice Manager or Senior Manager to join their thriving team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a diverse portfolio of quality clients, delivering audit, accounts, and tax services.

• Reviewing corporation tax returns, quarterly reports, VAT, and other tax filings.

• Coaching and developing a motivated team - helping shape their professional growth.

• Working with senior leadership to identify opportunities, support firm growth (currently 20-35% annually), and help drive service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong practice experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.

• Solid audit grounding with well-rounded accounts and tax knowledge.

• A confident leader and reviewer who enjoys collaboration and people development.

• Experience with CaseWare, CCH, Xero, or Sage would be an advantage.
