Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator who loves the idea of working at the leading edge of Digital Delivery on major projects?

You will be working with a Top 20 UK Main Contractor as part of their Digital Delivery Team on some absolutely incredible projects across London. You will be working on these projects from Tender Stage and get to stay with them all the way through to final completion and running all things BIM on them, from managing internal and sub-contractor coordination teams to chairing various meeting and so much more.

Over the last two years, this business has managed to position BIM as the cornerstone of everything they do, really embracing how when it is done properly, not only is the project more likely to be done right but the lifecycle of the building after project completion is going to better for everyone.

We have spent the last 3 months working closely with this business to plan out the next 2 years of team growth around the BIM functions in various business units, as well as working together to map out an in-depth career progression and CPD proposition that, we feel, is well on the way to being ahead of anything else on offer in the UK currently.

You will need to have experience as a BIM Coordinator at Construction stage, but not necessarily from a Main Contractor – one thing that stands out here is that they value the knowledge that comes from working with different types of contractors. Software wise, you will have access to everything, but if you have used Revizto then this will really help you stand out.

The biggest thing we are looking for though is someone who wants to tell everyone how amazing BIM is, to be championing it and helping everyone to understand the value it will bring to projects.
