Recruit UK are working with a leading financial planning organisation who are seeking a Client Engagement Associate to join their centralised engagement hub. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys speaking with clients, managing inbound client enquries, and supporting a high-quality client experience.

The Role :
As a Client Engagement Associate, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads. You will focus on engaging, validating, and allocating enquiries through the appropriate internal channels.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Speaking with prospective clients and validating their needs
• Ensuring enquiry quality and gathering all relevant information
• Allocating leads to the appropriate advisers or teams
• Maintaining accurate data within internal systems
• Tracking follow-up actions and managing your diary effectively
• Revisiting prospects at agreed future dates
• Contributing to client feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless service

Skills and experience required:

• 2 years experience within financial planning or financial services (such as client services, adviser support, paraplanning support, mortgage support, or similar roles)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
• Confident engaging with clients over the phone and handling sensitive conversations
• Excellent organisational and diary-management skills
• Strong accuracy and experience working with CRM systems
• Able to work independently while remaining connected to the wider team
