🎯 Role Overview

As our Internal Recruiter / Talent Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy. You'll work closely with studio leadership and HR to identify hiring needs, source exceptional candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our brand and values.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job briefs
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and events
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment processes
Represent the studio at industry events, university fairs, and networking functions
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to inform hiring decisions
Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement👤 What We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment, within architecture, design, or creative industries
Strong understanding of architectural roles (e.g., Part I/II Assistants, Project Architects, BIM Specialists)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with professionalism and agility
Familiarity with UK employment law and best hiring practices
