GBP100,000 + bonus London – x2 days a week
A leading specialist research business is looking for a Director of Quantitative Operations to take ownership of a high–performing operational function and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
This is a senior leadership opportunity, responsible for team performance, operational delivery, resource planning and client satisfaction, with oversight of a significant portfolio of projects.
You'll lead and develop a sizeable team, improve processes and ways of working, ensure high standards of delivery and act as a senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders. The role will also work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance, growth and longer–term departmental strategy.
We're looking for an experienced Quantitative Research Operations professional, ideally from a healthcare, pharmaceutical or wider market research/insights environment. Strong people leadership, client management, organisational skills and commercial awareness are key.
The role could suit an experienced senior manager looking to take the next step into a Director–level position, as well as an established leader looking for a broader remit.
Up to GBP100,000 base + bonus – x2 days a week in London
