Vehicle Mechanic
Job Description – Vehicle Mechanic
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and breakdowns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance on commercial buses.
- Perform complex repairs and replacements, including engines, gearboxes, and other major components.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ISO standards and local government safety regulations.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Vocational training (ITI or equivalent) with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional workshop environment.
- Proven track record working with heavy vehicles, including buses and trucks.
- aExperience in engine and gearbox replacement procedures.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher .
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits
Gross Annual Salary: €17,251 – €26,000 (based on experience & skills).
Salary Structure: 13 salaries/year (12 months + Christmas bonus).
Annual Increment: COLA (~2%).
Working Hours: 40 hours/week (38 base + 2 hrs overtime).
Working Days: 5 out of 7.
