Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Influencer Marketing Lead .

Working within our growth marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our performance influencer and partnership programmes. 💥

This is an exciting opportunity to join scale-up through a significant period of growth. 💪🌍

About the role

• Develop and implement our influencer sales strategy, ensuring it fits in with wider business objectives.

• Bring a growth mindset to our influencer strategy, ensuring measurement and tracking of our activity and consistency hitting sales targets.

• Work with our paid media partners to extend the use of influencer content through our marketing channels.

• Research and analyse influencers in our sectors that we could partner with an organising send outs for new product launches.

• Research and analyse brands that we could partner with.

• Manage and develop relationships with influencers and partner brands

• Lead influencer content creation and ensure it is to brand guidelines.

• Scope out and test new partnership initiatives for example giveaways or referral. schemes.

• Lead our social giveaway calendar with brands.

• Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever might be thrown at you!

About you

Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:

• Experience in an influencer marketing focussed role at a high-growth D2C start-up or agency.
• Knowledge of the D2C or Ecommerce marketing landscape is essential.
• Have in depth knowledge of the influencer performance marketing landscape.
• Be motivated and driven to hit KPI’s
• A keen interest in the sustainability and wellness spaces. We’re all about people, planet and pits!
• Be highly organised.
• Strong social media skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ambitious.
• Be nice.
