Facilities Administrator/Receptionist
- Welcome building guests and tenants, ensuring a warm, professional environment.
- Oversee daily building checks and liaise with Airbnb contractors and service providers
- Coordinate property portfolio maintenance and ensure compliance (including HMO licensing).
- Manage building security, access, and supplies - be the primary point of contact for the building
- Monitor rent/invoice payments and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands and family-related ad hoc booking arrangements for the property owner when necessary
