Senior Specialist, Paid Search

s360
London

Are you ready to act as a key strategic advisor for Paid Search for leading eCommerce brands? Does managing campaigns, measuring impact, and shaping client strategy sound like your ideal role? As our new Senior Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of the s360 UK Paid Search team, contributing to our evolving Paid Search product and collaborating to bring big thinking to life while staying embedded in the day-to-day detail that drives real performance.

Lead strategic campaigns and deliver measurable impact

We're looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist who is ready to drive impact for clients, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. To give you an idea of where you'll spend your time each month, the role is made up of five key pillars:

  • Strategy & Ownership: Own the end-to-end Paid Search strategy for 5–6 high-growth eCommerce brands, with full accountability for performance targets and roadmap execution. Translate business goals into actionable paid search plans, identify key growth levers, and lead the paid search agenda in client strategy meetings and commercial initiatives.

  • Execution: Own the day-to-day performance and implementation for 2–3 client accounts, including campaign structure, ad copy, budget allocation, testing frameworks, quality assurance, and pacing accuracy.

  • Reporting: Own the full reporting narrative by transforming complex data from Looker Studio and GA4 into clear, actionable insights that explain the “why” behind performance. Lead weekly insights, monthly reporting, and quarterly deep dives for half of your clients, while taking an advisory and quality-shaping role on reporting deliverables for the remaining accounts.

  • Paid Team Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Paid Search to execute the UK vision and product roadmap. Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, driving knowledge sharing, challenging thinking, and elevating the overall quality of delivery across the team.

There is a view for this role to become a Team Lead of Paid Search, if it’s within the candidates interest and skill set.

A specialist mindset for eCommerce growth

We are looking for someone who is action oriented, driven by performance and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are motivated by the challenge of growing eCommerce brands and possess the strategic mindset to understand how different channels work together to create measurable results. While we do not believe in rigid checklists, we’d like you to bring the following to the team:

  • 5–8 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in-house setting, with experience in eCommerce/Retail or agency environments.

  • Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Shoptimised (or another feed provider equivalent).

  • A commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.

  • A track record of driving Paid Search performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.

You can expect market leading range benefits & perks that include:

  • Flexible working hours and ability to work remotely internationally.

  • Between £250- £2,000 annual professional development budget based on your seniority. Plus 5 PD days to take time out of work for learning & development.

  • 25 days annual leave + your birthday off + 2 MIND mental health days + 1 volunteering day + tenure based additional leave, scaling from year 3 onwards.

  • Parental leave policy with up to 6 months at full pay as a primary carer.

  • Access to free mental health support and counselling.

  • Tech set-up including new iPhone & contract and a “home working tech kit”.

  • Summer Fridays! Early finishes in June, July & August.

  • 4% employer pension contribution and access to Penfold Pensions, the UK’s leading private pension provider.

We look forward to hearing from you! Does this sound like the right fit for you? Then don’t hesitate to apply or reach out to Managing Director Nicki Eggie Director, at [email protected] .
