Social Content & Owned Channels
Lead the agency’s social presence from a PR and reputation perspective.
Create, commission and publish high-quality social content that amplifies earned coverage, agency thinking and campaign success.
Ensure social channels support fame, credibility and cultural relevance, not just recruitment or marketing.
Track performance and optimise content based on reach, engagement and impact.
Awards & Recognition
Own the agency’s awards strategy across UK and international shows (e.g. Campaign, Event Awards, Cannes Lions, D&AD, Marketing Week, PRWeek)
Identify the right work, categories and narratives to win.
Write and submit compelling, insight-led award entries.
Manage submission timelines, stakeholders and budgets.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, strategy, client service and leadership teams to identify stories worth telling.
Educate teams on what makes strong PR and award-worthy work.
Alongside Head of Group Marketing act as a guardian of the agency’s external voice and reputation.
