Bartender (Full & Part Time) OTE 17 POUNDS
Who are we?
London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from the Shard with top-notch views of London, cocktails, pints and fantastic food! We love our drinks and like to have fun making them and with a salary of £13ph + service charge (currently around £5ph).
The Role
We are looking for part and full-time Cocktail bartenders to join the London Bridge Rooftop team. This is a "hands-on" role, and you will be responsible for opening & closing the bar, preparing garnishes, and serving drinks consistently to spec. In order to succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of mixed drinks, a level head, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver amazing drinks consistently at a fast pace.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintaining bar standards
- Opening/Closing bar
- Taking deliveries
- Making drinks to spec
- Making drinks in a quick & consistent manner
- Garnish & pre batch prep
Requirements
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar & dispense environment
- Proven experience as a bartender in a busy fast-paced setting
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of spirits, mixers & garnishes
- Working knowledge of classic cocktail
- Ability to follow all good practices & sanitation procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
