This role involves leveraging extensive experience in art direction and collaboration with production and post-production teams to bring creative concepts to life. As Social Art Director you will ensure content is inherently social and aligned with Burberry's brand values, working closely with other creatives and strategists as a key partner within the broader marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Stay on top of content trends, possible collaborators, and technology that can deliver innovative content for our platforms.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility of ideas while maintaining strong, solution-oriented relationships with the broader team, overcoming barriers, and aligning your vision with Burberry standards.
- Develop mood boards, present ideas, and lead shoots with a strong understanding of the social media landscape to ensure cohesive, innovative, and well-communicated content.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A highly motivated creative with a strong eye for detail and for design, imagery, storytelling, and talent selection, and extensive understanding of the social media landscape.
- Solid experience as an Art Director directing stills and chiefly video with channel-specific considerations, with a robust portfolio demonstrating social-first ideas, impeccable craft, and taste—experience within the fashion industry is preferred.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and manage shoot productions with limited direction; ability to communicate vision verbally and through presentations to senior stakeholders; a confident creative point of view with the ability to listen, think, and propose at an unprecedented pace.
- Knowledge of social-first creators, photographers, set designers, and other collaborators, along with an understanding of design processes and how to brief graphic, motion, and 3D designers.
- Proven ability to encourage and motivate internal and external partners, experience managing junior team members, and an inclusive team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Highly organized and able to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize efficiently with tight deadlines, and ensure follow-through; proficiency in Photoshop and editing software is essential; background in fields such as Design, Fashion Communication, Video, Photography, and so on.
