The job
As a Dutch Client Service Associate in the financial services sector, you will support existing clients and collaborate with internal teams such as Investment Counsellors and Sales Representatives.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for recent graduates or candidates with some experience, offering strong internal development and long-term career progression.
You will work in a structured, office-based environment with typical working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Depending on your performance and tenure, there may be the opportunity to move into a hybrid work model.
You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you are encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes and grow your expertise over time.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supporting existing clients with operational and administrative inquiries
Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales Representatives and Investment Counsellors
Liaising with partner banks to manage client-related processes
Assisting with reporting and preparing client-related documentation
Building strong client relationships through phone and email communication
Gaining exposure to different European markets and business areas
Developing expertise across multiple topics as your responsibilities grow
Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency

Your qualifications
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You have a university degree or relevant experience (Finance, Economics or Business is an advantage).
You are confident communicating with clients via phone and email.
You enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
You are organised and able to manage tasks within deadlines.
You have a strong interest in financial services and client relationship management.
