Commercial Property Solicitor
This is a full-time permanent position within the London Real Estate team. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property (including sale and leaseback)
- Landlord and tenant work (acting for both sides)
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Portfolio management and supervision of junior colleagues
- Title review and reporting
- Coordination with other teams on cross-practice transactions
- You'll be joining a team led by a senior partner, supported by legal directors, consultants, associates, trainees, and paralegals, with dedicated PA support. The team is part of a national property group with specialists in planning, litigation, finance, and construction.
