ECT Programme & Support

• Dedicated Mentorship: Paired with an experienced, subject-specialist mentor who will provide weekly 1:1 support and coaching informed by the Early Career Framework (ECF).

The Role

• Teach engaging and accessible Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing confidence and conceptual understanding in all pupils.
• Actively participate in departmental planning, ensuring schemes of work are implemented effectively to secure strong GCSE results.
• Contribute to the school’s co-curricular activities, such as running a maths challenge club or booster sessions.

Requirements

• A relevant degree (Mathematics or related quantitative subject) and successful completion of ITT leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by January 2026.
