Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Play a leadership role in managing the execution of M&A transactions and debt financings for infrastructure investors
Play a key role supporting origination and deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments and products within the Global Infrastructure industry (including transport, energy and digital)
Responsible of developing pitchbook materials for client meetings and important pitches
Lead due diligence sessions
Interact with internal and external legal, tax, accounting and rating agency parties
Work closely with senior and junior bankers and expected to make an immediate contribution
Work closely with senior bankers to generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs
Mentor and train junior personnel
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Previous Investment Banking experience
Strong quantitative/analytical skills including financial modelling
Experience in the infrastructure industry preferred
Professional maturity and experience to interact directly with client and drive origination and execution
Strategic and creative thinking; strong written and oral communications skills
Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
