Art & Design ECT role | Enfield Secondary School
We are excited to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Enfield to recruit a committed Art & Design ECT. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is an excellent opportunity for a creative teacher to join a successful department. Responsibilities
Teach engaging Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a passionate practitioner
Engage with a tailored ECT induction programme that focuses on classroom excellence
Support students in achieving academic excellence through tailored creative methods
Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to maintain high standards
Participate in professional development sessions designed specifically for ECTs
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related discipline
PGCE or QTS (achieved or pending)
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
