Pay: £15.75/hour | Hours: 22/week, Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage
• Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events
• Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
• Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality
• Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records
• Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork
• Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)

• A confident chef and excellent team player

• Flexibility and ability to innovate

• UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
