This role is based out of our London office with an expectation to be onsite 2-3 days per week. About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced VP, Global Key Accounts to own and grow a portfolio of Savanta’s most strategic global clients. Reporting to the SVP, Global Key Accounts, you’ll be a senior, credible partner to client leadership teams, responsible for deepening relationships, expanding revenue and positioning Savanta as a long‑term strategic advisor. This is a high‑impact individual contributor role with strong influence across the business, working closely with commercial, delivery, regional and tech teams. Whilst not essential, experience with Financial Services would be very beneficial. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of a dynamic, global insights business, collaborating with high-profile clients from various sectors. Operating at a senior level, you will enjoy genuine autonomy and the ability to make a meaningful impact. What you’ll do: Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of global key accounts, consistently delivering against ambitious targets, building long-term client partnerships across key sectors. Build trusted, multi‑level relationships with senior and C‑suite stakeholders. Develop and execute account strategies that drive renewal, upsell and cross‑sell across Savanta’s full suite of services, including Data‑as‑a‑Service solutions. Identify new buyers and growth opportunities within complex client organisations. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts and renewals with confidence. Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. Drive high-value proposals and pitches - engage C-Suite audiences and win major new business. Champion a client-first mindset - embed service excellence and innovation, working closely with marketing, delivery, and tech teams. Ensure tech‑enabled, client‑centric ways of working and continuously raise the bar on quality. About You: You’ll be a commercially driven, highly credible leader who brings: Extensive proficiency within the SaaS / DaaS industry, particularly in Market Research. Experience in full-cycle sales, selling consultative, insight‑led and/or tech‑enabled solutions. Proven success managing and growing large, complex global accounts. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustained revenue growth. Gravitas and confidence working with senior client stakeholders. A strategic mindset with the ability to spot risk and opportunity early. A collaborative, client‑obsessed approach and a passion for innovation.
