Are you ready for your first or second step in your sales career? Do you want to learn, grow, and make a positive impact at the same time? Then this is your chance.

At Too Good To Go, you work on something that truly matters: together with local business owners and millions of app users, we help fight food waste. We’re looking for new Sales Waste Warriors with lots of energy and curiosity - people who genuinely want to build something meaningful.

Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, you play a key role in our mission. You’ll ensure local businesses - from bakeries to neighbourhood shops - join Too Good To Go. This allows them to offer unsold food to consumers via our app.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

  • Speak with 40–60 business owners daily to promote the sustainable food marketplace.
  • Support new business partners through their first 28 days on the platform.
  • Ensure proper onboarding, help them launch Surprise Bags, and maximise platform use.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new partners, creating a strong first impression.
  • Update your pipeline and track progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm improvements.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You’re a true connector, someone who builds rapport easily with potential partners (like local shops, bakeries, butchers etc.)
  • You’re not afraid of cold calling and you gain energy from conversations.
  • You’re an excellent listener who asks the right questions.
  • You’re proactive in researching and calling new leads, and you show perseverance & resilience when things get tough.
  • You’re organised, independent, and communicate openly with your team - collaboration is everything!
  • This is an entry-level position, so we are not looking for years of experience. What we do want: curious people who want to learn, grow, and commit long-term to a mission-driven company.

What You Bring:

Strong drive and determination to achieve results.

Energy, motivation, and resilience to make an impact - you’re no quitter!

Strong organisational and planning skills.

You thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Bonus points if you already have experience in cold calling or phone-based customer contact.

Benefits:

  • £33k (up to 25% bonus).
  • Regular social events like summer and winter parties.
  • Coffee, snacks, and fully-equipped kitchens.
  • Get to know our community with a monthly free Surprise Bag.
  • Paid volunteer time through our Shareback volunteering programme.
  • Women in the Workplace, P.R.I.D.E., People of Colour, and Functionally Diverse Employee Resource Groups.
  • 25 days of annual leave, in addition to UK Bank Holidays.
  • Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off as well.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.

Our Values

  • At Too Good To Go, we live by five core values that guide our daily work:
  • We fight together: Food waste is a huge challenge. But together - as one team - we tackle it head-on.
  • We raise the bar: We constantly seek smarter ways of working, remove roadblocks, and lift each other up.
  • We keep it simple: Our ambitions are big, but we keep our solutions clear and practical.
  • We build a legacy: We’re here to create lasting change, and we’re proud of the difference we make today and tomorrow.
  • We care: For each other, our partners, and the way we collaborate - always with respect and integrity.

More About Too Good To Go

We are Too Good To Go, a certified B Corp with a clear mission: to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste. Since our start in Denmark in 2015, we’ve expanded to 19 countries, and we don’t want to stop now.

Globally, we’ve already saved over 443 million meals from being wasted - that’s equivalent to avoiding 1 million tons of CO2e! And we’re just getting started.
