The Role – What You’ll Do
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and safer recruitment checks.
• Manage employee relations, performance processes, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS systems, payroll liaison, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with KCSIE, safeguarding regulations, and employment law.
• Support SLT with policy development, change management, and HR strategy.
• Provide guidance to line managers on HR matters across the school.
Person Specification
• CIPD Level 5 or above (Level 7 advantageous).
• Strong HR management experience, ideally in education or regulated settings.
• Excellent understanding of safer recruitment and employment law.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional integrity.
