Salary: Outer London Pay Scale (MPS1 – UPS3: £34,514 – £51,179+)
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and inspiring Drama Teacher to join a brilliant, thriving secondary school in Hillingdon with a vibrant Performing Arts department.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-energy Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (A-Level / KS5 available for suitably qualified candidates).
Prepare students for GCSE Drama performance exams, portfolio work, and written evaluations.
Lead, direct, and coordinate school plays, showcases, and lunchtime/after-school drama clubs.
Build student confidence, communication skills, and collaborative teamwork across all key stages.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply).
Relevant degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering GCSE Drama with strong outcomes.
Full right to work in the UK.
