Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round
What You’ll Do
As a Qualified Nursery Nurse , you’ll support our Montessori approach by creating a calm, nurturing and child-led environment where children can develop independence, confidence and a love of learning.
You will:
Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children under 3
Encourage independence, choice and hands-on learning
Plan and deliver creative, engaging and age-appropriate activities
Support children in developing confidence, concentration and self-help skills
Help maintain a beautifully prepared Montessori environment
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care and education
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Follow safeguarding, nursery policies and high standards of practice
Promote diversity, equality and inclusion

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a qualified, warm, attentive and passionate early years professional who believes in putting the child at the centre of their practice.
You must have:
A full and relevant Early Years Qualification – essential
Experience working with children under 5 – essential
A genuine interest in Montessori education – experience is desirable
A flexible, positive and collaborative approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English – essential
A strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
